PMI – Risk Management Professional (RMP) Exam Prep Course

This course will benefit anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of managing risk, and will focus on those preparing for PMI?s certification exam and obtaining the PMI-RMP credential. The final day will end with a full-length practice exam and question review.
Participants do not need to hold a PMP? certification and should be aware of the examination eligibility criteria established by PMI.

To earn your PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® credential, you need to meet the experience and education requirements, and pass the PMI-RMP® examination, a 170-question, multiple-choice test.

4. Risk Monitoring and Reporting activities related to monitoring risk, evaluating risk response against established metrics, and communicating risk response performance to stakeholders and project team.
5. Perform Specialized Risk Activities activities related to the specialized quantitative and qualitative tools and techniques used by project risk management professionals.
